One such program is provided by DEKRA Certification GmbH. Individuals who successfully complete this certification have demonstrated that they possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies in the field of data protection.<\/p>\n

These include the legal foundations of data protection, the practical role of data protection officers in companies, IT security, dealing with supervisory authorities, and obligations related to data secrecy.
